Open House

I love doing open houses! The main reason is when someone walks through the front door, they walk through as a “slice of hope”. I find that uplifting every time. It was Martin Luther King Jr. that said “We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope.” While Dr. King certainly had a much bigger purpose in mind, I can definitely relate from a real estate perspective. Chances in real estate, which include open house lookers, often lead to finite disappointment but they also come with the opportunity (infinite hope) for big gains for all parties involved. Despite the low odds, I will always love, taking my chances with that infinite slice of hope…
